We are based out of Temple, Texas. We are excited to serve all over central Texas. Good thing is, the first 60 miles are free of charge. After that, we charge $2 per mile.
We are considered a "dry-hire" meaning we are not allowed to buy the alcohol. In order to be compliant with Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission (TABC) regulations, we cannot purchase or provide your alcohol. However, you can purchase the alcohol, and our TABC certified staff will serve it at your event.
We require a 30% nonrefundable deposit and signed contract to book your date. The final 70% of the payment is not due until 2 weeks prior to the event. While we do not refund payments-they are fully transferable if postponed no later than 72 hours before your event date.
We carry general liability insurance, as well as liquor liability insurance. We can provide copies of our policies to your venue upon request. It is your responsibility to secure any permits needed, but typically if your event is held on private property, you will not need to secure any permits. All of our bartenders are TABC certified and hold their food handlers permits, as well.
Unfortunately, due to our advanced booking model, we cannot accommodate cancellations due to rain. In the event of rain, we are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for our mobile bar.
Our bar will need a flat ground and clear access for setup. We will also require one standard outlet within 15 ft. of the bar. If there is no access for an outlet, don't worry, we can add the use of our generator in your package.
Of course! We offer a customizable hot cocoa bar, tea bar, coffee bar, and more. We also can create fun mocktails (cocktails without alcohol) for an event. I mean how fun would it be to have your child's sweet 16 party with crafted mocktails for all the guest to feel "pampered".
